ABC’s Once Upon a Time returned to San Diego Comic-Con to present the highly anticipated fourth season, which will feature a Frozenstoryline. Elsa, the Queen of Arendelle (Georgina Haig) makes her appearance in Storybrooke after she finds a way to escape the urn in which Rumplestilstkin (Robert Carlyle) had trapped her. Unbeknownst to Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and Killian ‘Hook’ Jones (Colin O’Donoghue), the urn with Elsa came along for the ride when they returned to Storybrooke trough the time-portal in the season 3 finale “There’s no place like home”.
Why did Rumplestilstkin trap Elsa in the urn, and held her captive in his special vault in the first place? Was he fascinated by her magical, yet dangerous powers? The Ice Queen isn’t the only new character in town, as we’ll also meet her sister Anna (Elizabeth Lail) and her true-love Kristoff (Scott Michael Foster), while Elizabeth Mitchell will also be joining the cast as this season’s new villain. Talking of villains, Hans (spoiler-alert: douchebag ) of the Southern Isles has been announced to make his appearance in the third episode.
Join creators Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis together with the cast (Jennifer Morrison, Colin O’Donoghue, Josh Dallas, Lana Parrilla,Emilie de Ravin, Jared Gilmore and Robert Carlyle) as they chat about what we can expect in this 11 – episode Frozen arc, while also sending a few surprises our way!
